Bill Garton - President
Bill Garton began his farm equipment career at Garton Tractor in 1979. Born and raised in Turlock, he enjoys the business, the locations, and the diversity of the industries we serve.

Tom Garton - Vice President

Craig Hanshew - Controller

Craig Hanshew is a 1992 graduate of Oregon State University and has been Controller at Garton Tractor since 1997. He enjoys being involved in a business that supports farming, the backbone of our nation.

 

Jeff Degraff - IT Director

Jeff DeGraff began his professional I.T. career in 1991 after graduating from ITT Technical Institute.  Born and raised in Turlock, he is rooted in Farming and Ranching where his family has been for generations.  He has been with the company since May of 2002 where he strives to keep the technical side of the business up, running and growing.

Neil Ward - Service Products Specialist

Neil Ward started his career with Garton Tractor in September 1978. He came from a farming background. After years in field service and as service manager he is now our product specialist manager to answer all our service questions.

John Simone - Finance

John received a B.S. in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 1973 and earned his CPA certificate from California in 1984, the same year he started working for Garton Ford Tractor.  He has enjoyed 27 years of helping customers farm and feed the world.  He has experienced our growth from 1 store with 18 employees to 7 stores with 150 employees.  In his spare time he helps his wife work their 4 horses and attempts to farm 8 acres of almonds.

Manual Costa - Service Manager

Manuel Costa began his career with Garton Tractor in September 1995.  He grew up in the dairy industry.  Manuel started out as a mechanic at Garton Tractor in Turlock and a few years later became Shop Foreman.  As Service Manager, Manuel works hard to bring excellent service to the farming community.  Contact him to schedule an equipment inspection now!

Clay Gill - Parts Manager 

Clay Gill was born and raised in Turlock, CA where he started with the company in April of 1993 assembling new tractors and changing oil.  After working retail parts for 10 years he enjoys interacting with customers and the community as Parts Manager
